Coronavirus Travel Update
Inspiring Journeys Suspends All Touring
Under the advice of government and for the welfare of our guests and staff, Inspiring Journeys will cease operation of all tours until 15 May 2020.
Northern Territory tours will be suspended until 15 May, 2020.
In light of the travel restrictions put in place by the Australian & New Zealand Government we regret to inform you that the difficult decision has been made to suspend all of our AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys tours.
Our Reservations Team are already contacting affected bookings, prioritising by departure dates.
We thank you for your patience while we work through this unprecedented event and we will endeavour to keep you informed every step of the way.
Options for affected bookings:
1. All guests who are booked to travel on one of our withdrawn trips can choose any alternate trip free of any amendment charges with Inspiring Journeys or any other TTC brand worldwide. Any savings applied to the original booking, up to 15%, will be transferred to the new trip selected.
2. Alternatively, refunds will be given in the form of a future travel credit to the value of the amount paid and redeemable for travel departing by 31st December 2021. This future travel credit is not redeemable for cash.
Please note for operating tours beyond the suspension dates standard cancellation fees apply; deposits can be held on file for up to 5 years or transferred to another TTC Brand booking.
Travel with Travel Corporation Partner Brands.
Travel to and through some international countries, including Italy and Iran, continues to be affected by the current outbreak of novel coronavirus, with precautionary travel alerts imposed by some worldwide government bodies. Effective immediately until 30 April 2020, some Travel Corporation Partner brands’ travel in Europe have been suspended.
Any guests who have booked to travel to or through Italy until 31 March 2020 will be offered a choice of an alternative trip at a later date with up to 15% savings.
For those travelling after 31 March 2020, the Travel Corporation is continuing to monitor the situation and following all authority guidelines. Temporary cancellation terms also apply. Contact your travel agent for the latest update.
