Coronavirus Travel Update

Inspiring Journeys COVID-19 Vaccination requirements from 1 December 2021.

Effective immediately, all guests booked to travel with Inspiring Journeys are required to be fully vaccinated to travel.

The wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. That’s why we’ve updated our vaccination policy to require all guests traveling with us through December 31, 2022 be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Children not eligible for vaccination and/or booster at the time of travel must provide a verifiable and negative Covid-19 test result, taken within 72 hours prior to the start of the tour (taking time zones into consideration) until further notice. This requirement will apply to all Inspiring Journeys tours.

COVID-19 requirements vary from country to country and region to region and you are required to follow applicable Chief Health/Medical Officer public health directions. Evidence of negative COVID tests may also be required. Airlines and other transport providers may also have separate requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply at all times with these requirements. No refunds will be given if you are unable to undertake some or all of your holiday due to your failure to comply with these requirements. You will be responsible for any resulting additional costs including travel and accommodation.

Inspiring Journeys will continue to follow advice from government advisories and remain in touch with all our suppliers.

Please ensure you check the latest Australian and New Zealand Government travel requirements before traveling with us, which may include mandatory health declarations, use of face masks, entry permits, pre-approval, pre-departure testing and quarantine (possibly at your own expense).

Important information when travelling to New Zealand

Those entering New Zealand (including from Australia) may need to obtain a negative PCR or RT-PCR pre-departure COVID test. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure compliance with advised government requirements when travelling internationally.

When travelling to and around New Zealand or Australia, authorities may implement border restrictions and other measures at short notice, which may impact your ability to move freely. It is possible that either government could close borders with limited notice, which may cause disruption to your travel. This is at your own risk, and cannot be the responsibility of Inspiring Journeys and AAT Kings Tours Pty Ltd.

Options for affected bookings:

All guests who are booked to travel on one of our withdrawn trips can choose any alternate tour with Inspiring Journeys or any other TTC brand (AAT Kings, Trafalgar Tours, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, Costsaver, Uniworld or U by Uniworld) worldwide. Any savings applied to the original booking, up to 15%, will be transferred to the new trip selected. Alternatively, refunds will be given in the form of a Future Travel Credit to the value of the amount paid and redeemable for travel for 2 years from date of issue. Future Travel Credit is not redeemable for cash and applied to the land package only.
